As of now, 21 local standards have been formulated around key areas such as consumption upgrading, emerging industries, and green transformation, and new quality productivity has been developed according to local conditions to support the expansion of the service industry. Focusing on key areas of people's livelihood such as healthcare, elderly care, and catering, we will strengthen the development of local standards in combination with regional characteristics, and promote the improvement and expansion of service consumption. Chongqing has released the "General Rules for Medical Security Handling Services" standard, focusing on improving the precision, convenience, and satisfaction of medical insurance handling services. Nanjing has formulated the "Standards for Rehabilitation Services in Elderly Care Institutions" to improve service quality and stimulate the vitality of the health and wellness consumption market by benchmarking international standards. Targeting cutting-edge fields such as digital economy and green economy, strengthening the standardization and revision of integrated fields such as digital intelligence technology and green technology, promoting the accelerated integration of advanced technologies into the global industrial chain, and promoting high-level opening up of the service industry to the outside world. Shanghai has released the local standard "Guidelines for the Construction and Management of Green and Smart Supply Chain Operation Centers", which clarifies service formats, planning and construction, and operation management, providing technical support for cross-border data flow and low-carbon trade practices.
