Secondly, some unscrupulous businesses seize on the psychology of parents and package art training as a necessary path for children to enter higher education. Through this means, businesses not only raise the tuition fees for art training, but also make parents blindly pursue so-called "high-end" and "authoritative" training programs in the context of information asymmetry. In the rapid development of the art training industry, some regulatory departments have not fully implemented their responsibilities and lack strict supervision over the qualification review, teaching content, and fee standards of training institutions. Some unqualified teachers only need to provide their ID cards and ID photos to buy the "Advanced Dance Teacher Qualification Certificate".
