On July 2nd, a protruding container terminal at Dongying Port in Shandong Province was completed and put into use, filling the gap in the Dongying area where there is no dedicated container terminal and injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy. A protruding container terminal at Dongying Port is invested by Dongying Urban Construction Group and jointly constructed by China Railway 14th Bureau and CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd. The hydraulic structure is designed and constructed to accommodate 100000 ton container ships, with an annual throughput capacity of up to 300000 TEUs. (New Society)
