Case 1: Sun self-directed and acted in the online rumor case of a million fan internet celebrity falsely claiming to have committed suicide after being extorted. Recently, the network security department of Sichuan Public Security has found that Sun (female, 18 years old) directed and acted in false information such as "died by suicide in Chengdu, suspected of being extorted before death", and posted false follow-up comments in the comment section, misleading a large number of netizens to pay attention and discuss, and disrupting social public order. Case 2: Chen fabricated and spread online rumors that "impurities were found when cutting open gold bars purchased from Industrial and Commercial Bank of China". Recently, the Shanghai Public Security Network Security Department found that Chen (male, 46 years old), in order to gain attention and attract fans, posted rumors on a short video platform with the content of "ICBC fake gold bars, official announcement! When fake is true, it is also false, and there is no action where there is none!", misleading a large number of netizens to pay attention and discuss, and affecting the normal operation of relevant units. Case Three: Kong Moufang fabricated and spread the online rumor of "Henan Museum buying explanations to ensure entry into the museum". Recently, the network security department of Henan public security found out that Kong Moufang (female, 38 years old) had hoarded museum reservation tickets for the purpose of selling interpretation services. She said that she was able to make an appointment for Henan Museum for customers who bought interpretation services, but in fact she was unable to guarantee customers to visit the museum, causing the online rumor of "Henan Museum buys interpretation and guarantees museum entry" to spread on the Internet platform. Case 4: Qi Mouwei fabricated and spread online rumors that "the yellow flower fields in Datong were extensively destroyed, and relevant personnel embezzled cash". Recently, the Anhui Public Security Network Security Department found that Zhu (female, 35 years old), in order to gain attention and attract fans, posted rumors on a short video platform stating that "the flood is about to be released", and commented in the comment section that "the floodgate is full and water needs to be released" and "another flood control is coming soon", misleading netizens and causing panic among residents along the river, disrupting social public order. Case Seven: Xiao Moufu and others fabricated and spread online rumors about "a large number of people gathering in a river in Henan to search for gold and copper coins". Recently, the Henan Public Security Network Security Department found out that Xiao Moufu (male, 63 years old) posted rumors on a short video platform stating that "On May 9th, a large number of people went down to the Weihe River in Xinzhen, Jun County, Hebi City to search for gold and touch copper coins, each weighing several pounds. It is said that many people brought back large buckets. This is not going to fish, this is an ancient river channel. After touching buckets of copper coins, some people were blocked when they went again", misleading a large number of netizens to pay attention to and discuss; In addition, after the release of debunking information, Jiao Moyu (female, 42 years old) and Liang Mohong (female, 48 years old) continued to spread rumors such as "they are all picking up gold" and "picking up two items", disrupting social public order. Case 8: Di Mouqi fabricated and spread online rumors that a woman in Shandong committed suicide after being refused 5 yuan to buy breakfast from her husband. Recently, the online security department of Shandong Public Security Bureau found that Di Mouqi (male, 22 years old), in order to attract attention and followers, posted rumors on a short video platform stating that "a woman in Shandong asked her husband for 5 yuan to buy breakfast but was refused and committed suicide", misleading a large number of netizens to pay attention and discuss, and disrupting social public order.
