On June 30th, the "Aozhengyi" self-service machine was officially opened for use. According to the plan, the Guangdong Provincial Government Service and Data Management Bureau and the Macao Special Administrative Region Identity Verification Bureau will take the lead in setting up "Macau Government Easy" self-service machines in the government service centers of four mainland cities in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area, namely Guangzhou, Zhuhai, Zhongshan, and Jiangmen, this year to facilitate Macau residents living and working locally to handle government services. It is reported that the "Aozhengyi" self-service machine covers 11 departments and 7 major categories of cross-border services (social welfare, identity verification, voter registration, municipal services, tax inquiries, entry and exit, transportation). When providing services, simply insert your Macau resident ID card or designated identification document, or scan your electronic ID card and verify your identity through facial recognition. Online, Guangdong and Macao have jointly launched a "Cross border Service Zone" with unified standards and two-way communication; Offline, Guangdong has set up physical windows at the municipal government service centers in the Greater Bay Area to provide exclusive channels for Macau citizens to apply for services. The relevant person in charge of Guangdong Provincial Government Service and Data Management Bureau stated that Guangdong has deployed "Guangdong Smart Assistance" equipment in Macau, which will form a three-dimensional and efficient bay area service matrix with over 40000 mainland "Guangdong Smart Assistance" terminals, better serving the economic and social development of the two places.
