On June 30th, the green construction demonstration project in Xiong'an New Area - Fuxing 220 kV substation was put into operation. According to State Grid Hebei Construction Company, the design scheme of the substation integrates 8 green construction solutions including sponge city, carbon footprint management, and energy consumption restructuring. It adopts 15 low-carbon technologies such as intelligent system, water circulation system, and zero carbon monitoring system to achieve "near zero carbon" throughout the entire life cycle. It is the first "near zero carbon" substation with a full lifecycle and the first circular steel structure substation in Xiong'an New Area, with a substation capacity of 360 megavolt amperes. It is an important hub substation for the 220 kV zoning ring network in Xiong'an New Area, and will undertake the power supply task for the core area of the start-up zone headquarters, providing strong support for the power supply of enterprises and universities in Beijing.
