Recently, Lingjiang Town in Cangxi County, Sichuan Province held a dam meeting to address issues related to the construction and management of charging facilities, including long-term occupation and neglect of charging parking spaces in residential areas, new energy vehicles that require a long drive to find charging stations, and lack of fire-fighting facilities in the vicinity. The meeting brought together representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Information Technology, Housing and Construction, Electricity, and Fire Protection, as well as property management personnel and public representatives from residential areas, to jointly sort out the problems in the construction and management of charging facilities. Previously, during an investigation into a reported issue of flying wire charging, the comprehensive law enforcement personnel in the town, Wen Wu, learned about the helplessness behind the risky behavior of the masses - the lack of standardized electric vehicle charging points in old residential areas, which forced them to illegally connect electric vehicles. While strictly enforcing the law, Wen Wu also noted down the issues. After receiving feedback, Lingjiang Town quickly incorporated the management difficulties of charging piles into the "serving the people" initiative, and conducted a comprehensive investigation of charging facilities throughout the town in the first instance, sorting out 11 action lists. According to the list, the County Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau takes the lead in guiding property communities to construct centralized charging facilities and standardize parking areas in accordance with the principle of 'centralized charging, oil and electricity zoning'. The county fire rescue brigade and the county comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau are responsible for regularly organizing inspections, investigating and punishing illegal activities, and guiding the establishment of standardized fire protection facilities. ”The Party Secretary of Lingjiang Town, Pu Xiaojun, said. The public's demand for reliable electricity and convenient charging has been quickly responded to. As of the end of May, Cangxi County has jointly built 69 public charging stations, 5 dedicated charging stations, and 1191 charging piles. Since the beginning of this year, Cangxi County has been sinking to the front line through on-site research, village cooperation, and other methods. As of now, more than 3200 opinions and suggestions from the masses have been collected in the county, and 2916 have been promptly resolved through "unveiling the list and tackling difficulties" and "joint work".
