The "Dialogue · kindred spirit" Chinese opera performance and excellent TV documentary screening event was held on the 16th at the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, bringing a wonderful cultural audio-visual feast to the local people. This event is one of a series of activities to celebrate the first United Nations "International Day of Dialogue among Civilizations" and the 70th anniversary of the friendship between the Chinese and Serbian people. It is jointly organized by the Chinese Embassy in Serbia, the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC), the Chinese Dramatists Association, the Chinese Television Artists Association, the Belgrade Chinese Cultural Center, and the Belgrade the Belt and Road Institute. Nearly 200 people, including Dong Yaopeng, Vice Chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, Joerjevic, State Secretary of the Serbian Ministry of Culture, as well as teachers, students, media, and representatives of Chinese funded enterprises from Confucius Institutes, attended the event.
