The Regulations clarify the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of the competent authorities, universities, enterprises, teachers, and students in the internship work of college students in enterprises, and refine the requirements for work tasks at each stage. At the same time, with the protection of students' legitimate rights and interests as the core, the principle of "safety first, prevention first" is emphasized, and the protection of personal safety, labor remuneration, liability insurance and other rights and interests of college students during internships is strengthened to ensure the safety and stability of internship management work. In order to guide universities to improve the adaptability of talent cultivation and internship employment requirements on the basis of standardized management, the Regulation puts forward clear requirements for universities to effectively enhance the quality and efficiency of internship education. The Regulations stipulate that universities should take students' internships in enterprises as an important part of practical teaching based on the training objectives and characteristics of different levels and disciplines, establish a sound internship teaching system, and scientifically formulate internship plans. Internship projects unrelated to the student's major shall not be arranged, and first-year students shall not be arranged to participate in job internships in enterprises. The internship period is reasonably determined by universities and internship enterprises according to the needs of talent cultivation at different levels and majors. The Regulation specifies that the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education will work with relevant departments in the province to provide policy, funding, platform and other service support for high-quality college student internship enterprises; We will coordinate the funds for the construction of higher education connotation and increase the support for internship funds.
