More than 800 government officials, representatives of international organizations, entrepreneurs, experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on various topics such as artificial intelligence, quantum technology, life sciences, future travel, and global technology governance. Zhang Jun, Secretary General of the Boao Forum for Asia, said that Hong Kong was chosen as the venue for the conference because the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area is one of the regions with a relatively concentrated global cluster of technological innovation.
