The person in charge of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone stated that the 4S dealership is centered around embodied intelligent robots, innovatively integrating robot sales (Sale), spare parts supply (Sparepart), after-sales service (Service), and information feedback (Survey) to help efficiently connect supply and demand and convert value. It is reported that the robot 4S store will have various functions such as scene based display, immersive interaction, standardized delivery, and worry free after-sales service, providing scene display and immersive interaction experience space for the world's top embodied intelligent robots, allowing users to intuitively experience product performance. At the same time, the 4S dealership will build a nationwide rapid response network for parts and a fast operation and maintenance system supported by a professional team to ensure timely and efficient handling of robot repair, maintenance, assembly and other needs. At present, more than 100 upstream and downstream enterprises in the robot industry chain have expressed their intention to settle in, including 30 humanoid robot enterprises. Beijing Humanoid Robot Innovation Center, Ubiquitous, Xinghaitu, Zhiyuan Robot, Leju Tongyan, Gaoqing Electromechanical and other 10 leading companies in the field of body intelligent robots have signed cooperation intention agreements with robot 4S stores, and are expected to become the first batch of partners to settle in 4S stores.
