For example, "What is new quality of productive forces and how to develop it" points out that the new quality of productive forces "has significant improvement in total factor as its core sign"; "Ensuring that China's economic ship can ride the wind and waves and travel far and steadily" emphasizes that "we must coordinate the relationship fostering new momentum and updating old momentum and develop new quality of productive forces according to local conditions"; and so on. These important expositions provide fundamental guidance for us to accelerate cultivation of new quality of productive forces. Productive forces are the ultimate decisive force for the development and progress of human society. Marx pointed out "Productive forces, that is, the development of the ability to produce and its elements." The development of productive forces is essentially the development of human productive ability, which iscretely manifested in the development of production elements. Marx summarized the simple elements in the process of labor, including purposeful activity or labor itself, the object of labor, and the of labor. These three elements can be summarized as human elements and material elements, that is, laborers and means of production.
