In order to further strengthen the political leadership role of non-public enterprise party organizations, enhance the social responsibility awareness of non-public enterprises, strengthen the first aid skills of non-public enterprise party members, and create a social atmosphere of "everyone learns first aid, first aid for everyone", on May 15, 2025, the third phase of the theme activity of "Public Welfare Peers Strive to Be First Aid Pioneers" of non-public enterprises was successfully held at the Shanxin Health Medical Center. More than 60 non-public enterprise party organization secretaries, party members, employee representatives, chamber of commerce representatives, and new federation representatives participated in the event. This marks the successful conclusion of the 2025 Liwan District non-public enterprise "Public Welfare Companions Strive to Be First Aid Pioneers" theme activity. The third theme activity of the Shanxin Health Medical Center teaches the basic knowledge of the Red Cross movement and the concept of protecting life. It is understood that the series of theme activities have achieved significant results and distinctive characteristics. Firstly, the leading role of party building is prominent: with "party building+public welfare" as the main line, more than 220 enterprise party organizations in the whole district participate to ensure the smooth implementation of activities; Secondly, it has a wide coverage: in the third phase, it has covered more than 230 enterprises, more than 10 chambers of commerce associations, and trained over 400 students; Thirdly, it has strong effectiveness: greatly improving the ability of enterprises to handle emergencies and the emergency rescue level of party members and employees; Fourthly, it has a great influence: after the event, multiple companies submitted applications for special events, and the District Federation of Industry and Commerce coordinated with the District Red Cross Office to implement the plan and arrangements. The District Federation of Industry and Commerce (non-public party committee) coordinates and coordinates, the District Red Cross Society provides professional support, and various enterprises and business associations actively cooperate, forming a good model of "Party building guidance+professional training+enterprise participation". It is reported that since March 2025, the first Guangzhou International Medical Port theme event has been held in Guangzhou International Medical Port and 1906 Yangtao Science and Technology Park for non-public enterprises in Liwan District. The event organized party secretaries, members, employee representatives, and business association representatives from all non-public enterprises in the district to participate in training on common emergency first aid skills such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, operation and use of AEDs, treatment of airway foreign body obstruction, hemostasis and bandaging of external bleeding, prevention of common emergencies, accidental injuries, and emergencies, and on-site first aid, helping non-public enterprises build an emergency safety net. The successful holding of the second 1906 Yangtao Science and Technology Park themed event CPR+AED training series not only strengthened the social responsibility of non-public enterprises, but also provided a sample for the construction of an emergency rescue pattern of "government guidance, enterprise participation, and universal popularization" in Liwan non-public party building. It is reported that in the next step, the District Federation of Industry and Commerce (non-public party committee) will continue to organize and carry out such public welfare activities, promote the normalization of first aid knowledge popularization, further strengthen the deep integration of party building work and corporate culture construction, and assist in the high-quality development of enterprises and the construction of a safe Liwan.
