However, there were situations where the return was gradually stopped after the car owner processed the business. Although the amount involved in this case is not large, it involves a wide range of people, and many car owners are also watching The presiding judge introduced that the dispute involves car owners in multiple northern provinces, and the interests of the masses are no small matter. Considering the convenience and sense of gain of consumer rights protection, the investigators of Jimei District Court first conducted on-site investigations at the defendant company, and then actively communicated with the plaintiff to understand the crux of the dispute. They urged the defendant to rectify the issues involved in the case on their own. In order to participate in the front-end resolution of this batch of disputes, the Jimei District Court and the market supervision department jointly reported dispute risk information, shared dispute data, and business operation dynamics.
