The 2025 Macau International Environmental Cooperation and Development Forum and Exhibition, with the theme of "Innovative Green Development and Beautiful City Construction", was held on the 27th at the Macau Golden Light Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition has 5 exhibition areas covering themes such as carbon neutrality technology, circular economy, and new energy. Among them, the first "First Economic Project Exhibition Area" and "Green Future Industry Exhibition Area" were set up to showcase over 20 new products; We will hold 5 special matching negotiations, including the launch of projects, international green and low-carbon initiatives, environmental protection docking with public institutions linked by Australia and Qinhuangdao, supply and demand of green buildings, and cooperation and exchange with comprehensive tourism and leisure enterprises. During the exhibition, three green forums will also be held, where environmental experts and scholars from home and abroad will focus on topics such as green transformation and development, technological innovation, and Pan Pearl River environmental exchange and cooperation, jointly exploring new opportunities for international environmental exchange and cooperation. At the opening ceremony, Tan Weiwen, Director of the Transport and Public Works Department of the Macao SAR Government, stated that the SAR government is fully integrating into the overall national development situation, and will spare no effort to unite all sectors of society to implement the important guidelines proposed by the country, strive to promote ecological civilization construction, and promote high-quality and sustainable social development. We hope that through a series of high-level thematic conferences, green forums, project promotion meetings, and green matchmaking platforms, everyone can grasp forward-looking and innovative environmental information, explore green business opportunities, and jointly promote the development of global environmental protection. This exhibition is hosted by the Macau SAR government and attracts exhibitors, businessmen, and delegations from nearly 40 countries and regions.
