More than 1300 maternal and child health hospitals at or above the second level have set up clinical departments of traditional Chinese medicine and generally provide gynecological services of traditional Chinese medicine. At present, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has formulated and released intervention guidelines for women's physiological cycle maintenance, perimenopausal syndrome and other health problems to prevent diseases. Female friends can obtain guidance on diet, daily life, emotions, exercise and other aspects of health care from the guidelines. In key links such as pregnancy preparation, postpartum and post abortion, women can obtain Tonic Diet, health preserving tea, etc. suitable for women to eat from maternal and child health care institutions, as well as traditional Chinese medicine health intervention services such as acupuncture and moxibustion, ointment, and application. Next, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine will continue to strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine departments in gynecology, comprehensive hospitals, and maternal and child health hospitals, promote the use of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine technologies and methods, and improve the ability of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat gynecological diseases. We will increase the proportion of gynecological departments in second and third level traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and widely open gynecological clinics in second level and above traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.
