In recent years, the government has gradually relaxed policies allowing out of hospital pharmacies to participate in drug supply, which has improved the medication experience for patients. However, in my research, I found that there are still information barriers between hospital pharmacies and off hospital pharmacies. Patients often need to spend a lot of time searching for drugs, and doctors cannot fully grasp the medication situation of patients in different channels, which increases the risk of drug compatibility contraindications. Therefore, I propose the following suggestions. One is to promote the "one card" system, allowing patients to conveniently purchase drugs in pharmacies and off campus pharmacies through the hospital's "one card" or payment platform, and the system automatically records payment and drug information. Electronic prescriptions are bound to the medical insurance system, and by swiping the medical insurance code, prescription verification and settlement can be completed. The second is to establish a drug information sharing platform both inside and outside the hospital, allowing patients to query drug inventory, prices, and purchasing channels in real time. Promote the networking of electronic prescriptions, strengthen intelligent reminders of drug compatibility contraindications, and ensure medication safety. The platform should be integrated with the inventory system of external pharmacies to provide delivery services. The third is to promote cooperation between hospitals and external drug retailers, implement a unified drug pricing policy, and provide drug delivery services. At the same time, optimize the drug procurement and logistics system, and strengthen drug price supervision. The fourth is to build a comprehensive platform that integrates drug consultation, purchase, delivery and other services, equipped with a professional customer service team, to enhance the patient experience.
