Yang Fasen seriously violated the Party's political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and life discipline, constituting a serious violation of official duties and suspected of bribery crimes. After the 18th National Congress of the Party, he did not restrain himself or stop his actions, which is of a serious nature and has a negative impact. He should be dealt with seriously. In accordance with the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Actions, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Sanctions of Public Officials and other relevant provisions, after being studied at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and reported to the meeting of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee for deliberation, Yang Fasen was decided to be expelled from the Party; Dismissal from public office by the National Supervisory Commission; Terminate his qualification as a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China; Confiscate their disciplinary and illegal gains; Transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for legal examination and prosecution, and transfer the relevant property together. The punishment of expulsion from the Party shall be given, and shall be ratified at the plenary session of the Central Committee.
