After investigation, Wang Xuguo lost his ideals and beliefs, abandoned his original mission, implemented central decision-making and deployment with discounts and flexibility, illegally issued loans that flowed into prohibited areas, causing huge losses and adverse effects, colluded with others and fabricated evidence to resist organizational scrutiny; Disregarding the spirit of the Central Eight point Regulation, accepting banquets in violation of regulations, receiving beyond the standard and scope, accepting gifts and consumption cards that may affect the fair execution of official duties; Violating organizational principles, failing to truthfully explain issues in organizational inquiries, reporting personal matters truthfully, and interfering with personnel recruitment in violation of regulations; Violating the bottom line of integrity, borrowing money from stakeholders for a long time without repayment, and having the loan customer pay the decoration fees and rent that should be paid by the individual; Unauthorized intervention and interference in corporate fund lending matters; Engaging in power and money transactions for personal gain through loans, taking advantage of their position to provide assistance to enterprises in loan approval and disbursement, fund lending, and other matters related to domestic and foreign projects, and illegally accepting huge amounts of property; Unauthorized approval and disbursement of loans resulted in huge losses. As a party member and leading cadre of state-owned financial institutions, Wang Xuguo has no interest in party discipline and national laws. He wants to become an official and make a fortune, turning his credit power into a bargaining chip for power and money transactions. He accepts interest transfers through false trade, borrowing under the guise of borrowing, and accepting real estate. He is involved in many cases, has a long time span, and concealed interest transfers, which is a typical example of the interweaving of new and hidden corruption problems. Wang Xuguo seriously violated the political discipline, organizational discipline, integrity discipline, and work discipline of the Party, constituting a serious violation of official duties and suspected of bribery and illegal loan disbursement crimes. He did not restrain or stop after the 18th National Congress of the Party, with a serious nature and adverse impact, and should be dealt with seriously. According to the Regulations of the CPC on Disciplinary Punishment, the Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment of Public Officials and other relevant provisions, the Party Committee of the Export Import Bank of China has studied and decided to give Wang Xuguo the punishment of expulsion from the Party; After research by the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission stationed at the Export Import Bank of China, it has been decided to dismiss Wang Xuguo from public office and confiscate his disciplinary and illegal gains; Transfer the suspected criminal issues to the procuratorial organs for legal examination and prosecution, and transfer the relevant property together.
