Please be vigilant, enhance prevention awareness, and fully protect your own information and property safety among students who apply for student loans. The staff of the education department or the national student loan handling bank will not assist borrowers in any loan operations through sharing mobile phone screens or other means, nor will they ask borrowers for account verification codes or passwords. Please make sure to repay through official and legitimate channels. If such fraud is found, please report it to the local public security organs as soon as possible, or consult the anti telecom fraud service hotline 96110 of the Ministry of Public Security.
