In the first half of February, most parts of the country were affected by multiple rounds of cold air in the early stage, with good diffusion conditions and overall air quality mainly ranging from good to mild pollution; In the middle and later stages, temperatures in the Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and its surrounding areas, the Northeast region, the Fenwei Plain, the Northwest region, and the Southwest region will rise, and the diffusion conditions will deteriorate. The air quality will mainly be light to moderate pollution, and the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains may experience moderate to severe pollution. Beijing Tianjin Hebei and surrounding areas: In the first half of February, the region as a whole was affected by cold air, and the diffusion conditions were good; At the beginning and middle of the month, on August 9th, there will be a cold air gap period, and some areas may experience mild to moderate pollution. During the intermittent period of cold air, the diffusion conditions in the central and southern parts are slightly worse, and some areas may experience mild pollution; From noon on the 6th to the 9th, the central and northern parts of the region will be dominated by southerly winds, with pollution accumulation along the mountains and the possibility of moderate pollution. The southern part of the region will be dominated by southerly and easterly winds, with strong winds and mainly good to mild pollution; From the afternoon of the 9th to the 10th, most parts of the region will be affected by the northwest cold air from north to south, with favorable diffusion conditions, mainly excellent, and mild pollution may occur in some areas. From the 11th to the 15th, it was successively affected by two cold air waves. The diffusion conditions in the northern part of the region were favorable, mainly excellent, while the diffusion conditions in the central and southern parts were slightly worse, mainly with good to mild pollution. The air quality was mainly excellent. The overall pollution was mainly good to mild, and the northern inland areas were moderately polluted due to the impact of fireworks and firecrackers; On the 2nd to 4th, due to the influence of cold air from the high-pressure front, the diffusion conditions were generally average, and the area was generally well to mildly polluted. Fenwei Plain: In the first half of February, the area was affected by the transition from calm weather to cold air in the early stage, and the diffusion conditions improved. The air quality was mainly good, and there may be moderate to severe pollution in some areas of central and southern China on the 1st and 2nd; In the middle and later stages, there are many disturbances caused by cold air, and the diffusion conditions are relatively good, mainly with good to mild pollution. There may be mild pollution in some areas in the south; From the 13th to the 15th, the pressure field will weaken and the diffusion conditions will deteriorate, with mainly good to mild pollution, and moderate pollution may occur in some areas of central and southern China during certain periods. Northeast region: In the first half of February, the region was affected by cold air processes in the early stage, and the overall diffusion conditions were good; Affected by the warm ridge in the mid-term, the temperature rises and the diffusion conditions are average; Affected by the cold vortex in the later stage, the diffusion conditions improved. The central and western parts of Liaoning, Jilin, southern and eastern parts of Heilongjiang were mainly polluted with good to mild pollution, and there may be moderate pollution in some areas. The air quality in other areas was excellent; From the 3rd to the 5th, most of the region will be dominated by northerly winds, with overall good diffusion conditions, mainly excellent. Mild pollution may occur in some areas of southern Heilongjiang and central Liaoning, and moderate pollution may occur in southwestern Heilongjiang on the 3rd; From June 6th to 9th, due to the influence of warm ridges, the surface pressure field is weak, with southerly winds as the main trend and unfavorable diffusion conditions. Most parts of Liaoning, central and western Jilin, and Heilongjiang will experience good to mild pollution, while some areas in southwestern Heilongjiang and central and western Liaoning may experience moderate pollution; From October 10th to 13th, due to the influence of a cold vortex, the ground will be dominated by northerly winds, with good diffusion conditions and good air quality in most parts of the region; On the 14th and 15th, the temperature will rise, and the diffusion conditions will be average. South China region: In the first half of February, the overall diffusion conditions in the region are good in the first and middle periods, and the temperature will rise in the later period, which may result in mild pollution in some areas. Among them, from the 1st to the 5th, due to the influence of cold air, the diffusion conditions were generally good, and the regional air quality was mainly excellent, with good to mild pollution in Hubei and Hunan; From June 6th to 9th, due to the alternating effects of low pressure trough and cold high pressure, the atmospheric diffusion conditions are good, and the air quality is mainly excellent. Mild pollution may occur in Hunan, Hubei, central and western Guangdong, and Guangxi; From the 10th to the 15th, affected by weak cold air, the diffusion conditions are average, and the regional air quality is mainly good. Hunan, Hubei, Guangdong, and Guangxi are mainly polluted from good to mild, and moderate pollution may occur in central Guangxi. The primary pollutants are PM2.5 or O3. Southwest region: In the first half of February, the overall diffusion conditions in the region were good, while the diffusion conditions in the Sichuan Chongqing region were generally average in the early stage; In the mid-term, the region gradually becomes calm and stable, and there may be mild PM2.5 pollution; Due to the influence of fireworks and firecrackers in the later stage, moderate or above pollution may occur. Among them, from the 1st to the 3rd, the Sichuan Chongqing and Guizhou regions were continuously affected by the infiltration of cold air, gradually increasing winds and scattered precipitation. Some cities in the Sichuan Chongqing region may experience mild pollution from the 1st to the 2nd, while the rest are mainly excellent; On the 4th, the Sichuan Chongqing region became calm and stable, with accumulated pollution and the possibility of mild pollution. Most of the rest had good diffusion conditions, and the air quality was mainly excellent; On the 5th and 6th, due to intermittent weak cold air, there will be weak precipitation in the Sichuan Chongqing and Guizhou regions, with most areas being dominated by excellent precipitation; On the 7th and 8th, the Sichuan Chongqing region once again became calm and stable, with poor diffusion conditions, while most of the rest had good diffusion conditions, and the air quality was mainly excellent; From September 9th to 11th, most of the region was affected by cold air, with good diffusion conditions and mainly excellent air quality; From the 12th to the 14th, some cities may experience moderate to severe pollution due to the impact of fireworks and firecrackers; On the 15th, due to the influence of weak cold air, the air quality gradually improved, mainly with excellent quality. Some cities in the Sichuan Chongqing region still have pollution processes. The primary pollutants are PM10 and PM2.5. Northwest region: In the first half of February, due to the influence of cold air in the first and middle periods, the diffusion conditions in most parts of the region are good. In the later period, the cold air activity weakens, the temperature rises, and the diffusion conditions in most parts of the region are relatively average. The overall air quality is good, but mild pollution may occur in the central and eastern regions of the region, and moderate or above pollution may occur in some periods. Among them, on the 1st, the central and northern parts of the region were affected by the northwest airflow and had good diffusion conditions, mainly with good to mild pollution. The eastern part had a weak pressure field, high humidity, and poor diffusion conditions, which may result in moderate pollution. The central and southern parts of Shaanxi may experience severe pollution; On the 2nd, most parts of the region were affected by cold air activity, with good diffusion conditions. There may be short-term sandstorms in some areas of the central region, and the air quality is mainly good. There may be mild pollution in some areas, and some cities in Hexi, northern Shanxi, and central southern Shaanxi may experience moderate pollution; From the 3rd to the 6th, most of the region will be affected by cold air, with good diffusion conditions and mainly excellent air quality. There may be mild pollution in some areas, and sandstorms may occur in some parts of the central and eastern regions; On the 7th, the central and northern parts of the region were affected by a new round of cold air, with good diffusion conditions and mainly excellent air quality. The diffusion conditions in the eastern part worsened, and mild pollution may occur in the central and southern parts of Shaanxi; On the 8th and 9th, most of the region will be affected by cold air, with good diffusion conditions and mainly excellent air quality. There may be mild pollution in some areas, and short-term sandstorms may occur in the Hexi region of Gansu on the 8th; On the 10th, the pressure field in most parts of the region weakened slightly, with average diffusion conditions. The air quality was mainly good, and mild pollution may occur in some areas in the east; On the 11th, most of the region was affected by cold air, with good diffusion conditions and mainly excellent air quality. There may be short-term sandstorms in some areas of the central and eastern regions; On the 12th and 13th, most of the region was affected by a weak high-pressure system, with average diffusion conditions and mainly good air quality. There may be mild pollution in the central and southern parts of Shaanxi; On the 14th and 15th, the temperature in most parts of the region has rebounded, the pressure field has weakened, and the diffusion conditions have deteriorated. The air quality is mainly good, and mild pollution may occur in some areas in the east. Xinjiang region: From January 1st to 15th, the air quality in cities in northern Xinjiang was excellent; The cities on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountains have good to mild pollution from the 1st to the 3rd, and mainly light to moderate pollution from the 4th to the 12th. Among them, from the 6th to the 9th, the pollution is mainly moderate to severe, and from the 13th to the 15th, the pollution is good to mild; The cities in eastern and southern Xinjiang are mainly characterized by good to mild pollution, while some periods in Korla and Hotan cities will experience severe pollution.
