In recent years, with the deepening of the aging population and the increasing demand for home care, "Internet plus care services" have been accepted by more and more families because of its convenience. According to media surveys, the demand for home medical services provided by in-service nurses is constantly increasing. Some nurses have completed nearly 3000 "online appointment nurse" home services within four years, receiving an average of 60-90 orders per month. Many home patients, especially elderly patients, have limited mobility and face difficult nursing challenges to resolve. In the past, even if these patients only needed simple services such as changing dressings or changing catheters, they often had to go to the hospital, which often made patients and their families feel exhausted. The emergence of "online appointment nurses" has enabled less complex nursing care to be completed at home, and society is full of expectations for such home care services. Compared with the relatively large market demand, the popularization progress of "online appointment nurses" is slightly slow at present, because some of the difficulties faced by the industry have not been fully resolved. Although this service is advocated by various regions, problems such as high service prices, lack of standards, and difficulty in avoiding risks still plague the development of this emerging industry. "Online appointment nurses" are still far from being fully popularized. In order to further develop the "online appointment nurse" service, some hospitals and platforms have explored valuable experiences together. For example, some nurses are worried that hospital leaders may know that they are working part-time outside and dare not use real information to register on the platform. For this reason, some hospitals have taken the initiative to carry out "Internet plus nursing service" cooperation with third-party platforms to support our nurses to participate in online appointment services. For example, some nurses believe that entering unfamiliar environments alone poses certain personal safety risks. In response, online booking platforms have equipped nurses with GPS positioning systems to monitor and track the entire process, and provide real-time voice recording and one click alarm functions, effectively resolving nurses' concerns. Taking the Third Hospital of Shandong Province as an example, as of now, there are more than 400 online appointment nurses in the hospital, and the number of orders received in 2024 will be over 2400, an increase of 80% compared to the same period last year. The impressive performance report of "online appointment" makes people more optimistic about the prospects of "online appointment nurses". To further popularize this service, it is not only necessary to learn from and promote some advanced experiences, but also to establish and improve service rules, so that the industry can move towards a standardized development path. Nurses providing home care also need to establish specialized management systems, such as the "three checks and seven pairs" system for intravenous infusion, which requires at least two or more medical staff to verify information to ensure no errors occur. Nurses providing individual home services require corresponding management norms to constrain their behavior and ensure effective compliance with this system. When nurses implement nursing operations with high risk outside, they may wish to explore Internet channels to complete remote check. In addition, in the event of an emergency, on-site services may also face practical difficulties such as the shortage of rescue personnel, equipment, and drugs. Therefore, it is necessary to implement inventory management for home care service projects, and some complex operations are temporarily not included, in order to further enhance the safety of home care services. According to the data of the National Bureau of Statistics, by about 2035, the number of the elderly aged 60 and above will exceed 400 million, the incidence rate of chronic diseases of the population aged 65 and above will be as high as 89.4%, and the disabled and semi disabled elderly will be 44 million, making the demand for nursing services of the elderly surge. In this context, it is timely to accelerate the popularization of "online appointment nurses" in order to make the integration of medical care and elderly care closer and improve the quality of home care services.
