From immersive virtual reality experiences to multilingual guided tours using artificial intelligence, from digital scenic area management to creative development of cultural and tourism IP, the deep integration of technology and culture brings tourists a more convenient, rich, and personalized travel experience. Lv Wenjun, President of the National Association of Travel Agents in Singapore, said that Singapore is committed to embracing smart tourism and digital transformation, improving tourist experience through technological means, and providing seamless, personalized, and convenient travel services. The potential for cooperation between China and Singapore in the field of smart tourism is enormous.
