The leaders of the hospital told reporters that they have broken the traditional management and support model of the hospital, and promoted the transformation of the "scattered, miscellaneous, and comprehensive" large logistics to a "intensive, efficient, and lean" strong logistics. In recent years, they have focused on different situations such as the logistics support system, management processes, command and coordination, infrastructure construction, and personnel composition of their affiliated units. By optimizing the structure, they have "built, unified, and optimized" aspects such as power resources, preparedness, service support, and military governance, exploring the construction of a new hospital logistics support system and improving the quality and efficiency of support.
