China Thailand 'Blue Assault 2025' Navy Joint Training Ends

On April 2nd, the Sino Thai "Blue Assault 2025" naval joint training concluded at a training ground in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. On April 2nd, the 8-day Sino Thai "Blue Assault 2025" naval joint training concluded after completing the scheduled subject training tasks. Both China and Thailand held a closing ceremony at a training ground in Zhanjiang, Guangdong. The commanders of both sides delivered speeches and awarded medals and certificates to outstanding team members. In this joint training, officers and soldiers from both China and Thailand conducted in-depth joint training in multiple subjects, including joint sea strikes, joint maritime search and rescue, light weapon shooting, combat, urban anti-terrorism tactics, and field survival, in both land and sea directions. During this period, both sides' participating officers and soldiers also had discussions and exchanges, and both China and Thailand held deck receptions. Chinese and Thai officers and soldiers are mixed and trained together, learning from each other's strengths and weaknesses, which not only improves their technical and tactical level and collaborative action ability, but also enhances mutual understanding and trust. The Chinese commander stated that the joint training held on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand is not only a military exchange between the navies of the two countries, but also a manifestation of the friendly relations between the two countries. We hope that both sides will carry out more diverse and content rich joint training in the future, continuously improve the level of military cooperation between China and Thailand, enhance friendship and mutual trust, and make new contributions to regional peace and stability. The Thai commander stated that with the close cooperation and joint efforts of various departments of the two countries' militaries, the joint training has achieved the expected results. The participating members of both sides exchanged experiences and deepened friendship, and look forward to meeting again at the "Blue Assault" naval joint training held in Thailand in 2027.
