Recently, a message of "someone robs money at the door of a bank in Guangxi" spread on the Internet, causing a large number of netizens to pay attention to and discuss. After verification, this police situation did not occur locally. After investigation, on March 26th, netizen Yi Mouxing filmed a video on Yingqiao Street in Bobai County in order to attract attention and gain followers for his short video account. The video was accompanied by the text "Stealing money at the entrance of Yingqiao Bank" and posted on the short video platform, which attracted a large number of netizens' attention and caused a negative social impact. On March 28th, the public security organs lawfully imposed administrative detention on Yi Mouxing. Internet police remind that Article 25 (1) of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Public Security Administration Punishments stipulates that those who spread rumors, falsely report dangerous situations, epidemics, police situations, or intentionally disrupt public order by other means shall be detained for not less than five days but not more than ten days and may be fined not more than 500 yuan; For minor offenses, detention for up to five days or a fine of up to five hundred yuan shall be imposed.
