Through the design of sky gardens and ventilation corridors, the natural ventilation effect is enhanced, and the stepped building design strengthens natural lighting, providing students with more green leisure space; It can accommodate over 1700 boarding students and provide comprehensive support for their learning and personal growth. Gong Yang'enci stated that this campus fully demonstrates the Hong Kong Jockey Club's persistence in talent cultivation and commitment to building a better society. Its completion opens a new chapter in cultivating talents for the 21st century and can more effectively promote the development of creative industries in Hong Kong and the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. It is reported that the "Jockey Club Creative Campus" is a newly completed campus facility of Hong Kong Baptist University, which has received a donation of HKD 452 million from the Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust for construction.
