However, from the reported cases, it can be seen that there are still some places that prioritize formality over effectiveness, prioritize "face" over "substance", and suffer from formalism and bureaucracy that increase the burden on grassroots cadres, causing unbearable suffering. We must closely focus on the prominent issues strongly reflected by the grassroots, take the "pain points" at the grassroots level as the "targets" for rectification, truly reduce the burden, and further stimulate cadres to uphold the responsibility of practical work and overcome difficulties. Continuously refine literature and meetings to prevent a large amount of cultural exchange from taking up work time. Issuing documents and holding meetings are both means of conveying the spirit and deploying work. However, in some places, time and energy are not focused on how to combine local conditions and implement them effectively, but rather on conveying documents through documents and implementing meetings through meetings. We should fully utilize information technology to scientifically and accurately assess and motivate party members and cadres to take on responsibilities. Breaking the burden of fingertips and being wary of new variations and patterns of formalism on fingertips. In the era of informatization, government apps, as convenient tools for the masses to handle affairs and for the government to work efficiently, have effectively promoted the convenience of office informatization. However, some departments have deviated from the promotion process, giving rise to "formalism at the fingertips". Carrying out demonstration and standard setting activities aims to play a leading role in typical cases, drive the deepening and improvement of overall work, and is an effective way to implement and promote advanced work. However, in some places, the creation activities are transformed into a stage for pursuing political achievements and blind comparison, engaging in "sports style", "show style", and "gust of wind" creation, which not only disperses the limited work force at the grassroots level, but also affects the normal production and life of the masses, and may give rise to "face saving projects", resulting in resource waste. The "Several Provisions on Reducing the Burden of Grassroots by Rectifying Formalism" previously issued by the General Office of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council clearly stipulate the reduction of the number of types, the emphasis on creating demonstration effects, and the failure to carry out standardized activities at the grassroots level.
