The Western development model once led the trend, but with the development of the times, its drawbacks have gradually emerged, especially its capital centered development concept, which is no longer able to provide effective guidance for global sustainable development. In sharp contrast, China, based on its own national conditions, has blazed a unique path of Chinese path to modernization, which is bringing dawn to all countries to solve their development problems with vigorous vitality. The three major global initiatives and the practice of jointly building the "the Belt and Road" have inspired a new model of diversified global development. At a time when the world is mired in multiple "deficits", China has resolutely shouldered the responsibility of a major country and put forward the global development initiative, the global security initiative and the global civilization initiative. These three global initiatives bear the wisdom of Chinese path to modernization and provide a pragmatic and forward-looking Chinese plan for solving global problems. The Global Development Initiative focuses on the core demands of development and leads the world towards a new path of development. China has achieved remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation, building a towering monument for the global poverty reduction cause. Adhering to the principle of inclusiveness, China Africa agricultural cooperation has brought new vitality to the African continent. Innovation driven "helps China's cutting-edge technologies such as 5G and high-speed rail shine on the international stage, empowering countries to iterate and upgrade their industries. Under the guidance of the concept of "harmonious coexistence between humans and nature", China's new energy industry has risen and ecological protection projects have been solidly implemented, building a solid barrier for the green mountains and clear waters of our home planet. The Global Security Initiative directly addresses the reality of global turbulence, serving as a solid bridge to encourage countries to work together to resist traditional and non-traditional security threats, safeguard development actions, and maintain the achievements of development. Whether it is close collaboration at the forefront of counter-terrorism or security protection in cyberspace; Whether it is joint prevention and control of disasters caused by climate change or joint efforts to ensure food security, China has always advocated for the international community to unite and build an unbreakable security defense line. The Global Civilization Initiative is like a spring breeze and rain, adhering to equal exchange and mutual learning of civilizations, with respect as the cornerstone, eliminating cultural barriers and prejudices between different countries and ethnic groups, allowing ancient civilizations to collide and produce brilliant sparks in the new era, injecting a continuous stream of vitality into the progress of human civilization, and safeguarding the melting of civilization conflicts brought about by unitary modernization and adhering to diverse development paths. The high-quality co construction of the "the Belt and Road" has closely linked China with many countries, including the "Global South" countries, and woven a beautiful picture of common development. After the opening of the China Laos Railway, the freight transport efficiency of Laos has achieved a qualitative leap, and the industrial parks along the line have flourished, becoming a vivid example of the "the Belt and Road" enabling the development of a jointly built country. In the field of infrastructure construction, China has assisted Southeast Asian countries in building modern transportation networks, with increasing port loading and unloading capacity, criss crossing highways, and attracting foreign investment; At the level of energy cooperation, we will form strong alliances with Central Asian countries to jointly develop oil and gas resources, ensure the safe and stable operation of cross-border energy pipelines, and drive local economic growth; wait. The concept of monistic modernity in the Western development model urgently needs to be broken through. The Western development model originated in the Age of Discovery in the 15th century. This model pursues a single modernization path and ignores the differences in the history, culture and social structure of different countries, resulting in inequality, economic dependence and cultural conflict between the North and the South. The relationship between the North and the South is dominated and dominated. The countries of the 'Global South' are forced to serve as suppliers of cheap raw materials and markets for high priced goods, severely eroding their sovereignty and cultural diversity. In the pursuit of economic growth, the Western modernization model has led to a widening gap between the rich and the poor, as well as severe social stratification. Wealth is highly concentrated in the hands of a few elite classes, and the lower classes face difficulties in employment, housing shortages, and insufficient education and medical resources. In terms of ecological environment, the long-term adherence to the binary opposition between humans and nature, excessive exploitation of natural resources, has caused great damage to the ecological environment and triggered a series of ecological disasters. The drawbacks of the Western development model in terms of ideology, distribution of achievements, ecology, and other dimensions reveal the unsustainability and limitations of its monistic modernity concept, and highlight the urgency and necessity of exploring a new path of modernization. Chinese path to modernization transcends the old western model in multi-level practice. Chinese path to modernization breaks the myth of "modernization=westernization", shows another picture of modernization, provides a Chinese plan for human exploration of a better social system, and is a major transcendence of western modernization theory and practice. This transcendence is not only reflected in the systematic planning and precise execution of the domestic development process, but also in the rich practice of international cooperation, contributing Chinese wisdom to the global modernization development. Chinese path to modernization bears the historic mission of large-scale population moving towards modernization as a whole, and its difficulty and complexity put forward high requirements for national governance. In this context, strong leadership and efficient coordination have become key engines driving development. Guided by a scientific long-term development plan, China has achieved coordinated development across the country through systematic institutional arrangements and the correct handling of the relationship between the government and the market. At the same time, Chinese path to modernization still emphasizes the common prosperity of all people. The country has continued to increase investment in education, medical care and other areas of people's livelihood, and through policy guidance, it has promoted the preference of resources to grassroots and rural areas, ensuring that all people enjoy the fruits of modernization development fairly, effectively avoiding the problems such as regional development imbalance and resource mismatch that are common in the process of western modernization, and demonstrating the scientificity and superiority of Chinese path to modernization at the top-level design and implementation level. In the overall layout of modernization construction, China attaches great importance to the coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization. While promoting rapid economic growth, it attaches great importance to ideological and moral construction, cultural inheritance and innovation, as well as the development of cultural undertakings and industries. Guided by socialist core values, it has achieved the coordinated progress of economic hard power and cultural soft power, breaking the limitations of the imbalance between material and spiritual development in the Western modernization process. Chinese path to modernization emphasizes the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. Green development is a clear proposition for China to lead modernization, emphasizing the stimulation of traditional Chinese cultural connotations, promoting the concept of harmonious coexistence, actively leading the development of green emerging industries, supplying high-quality wind power equipment and photovoltaic modules to the world, and making tangible contributions to global green development and ecological protection. The path of peaceful development is a distinctive feature of Chinese path to modernization, which reflects China's responsibility as a major country and its global vision. Taking China Africa cooperation as an example, China and Africa support each other in international affairs and economic cooperation, promote the transformation of the global governance system, and strive for the rights and a favorable environment for countries in the "global South". The open and win-win economic cooperation model is a highlight of China Africa modernization practice, where both sides complement each other's strengths and achieve mutual benefit, providing a model for economic cooperation among countries in the "global South". The development concept of putting the people first runs through various fields of China Africa cooperation. Actions such as the Chinese medical team and school aid have improved the well-being of African people and safeguarded their rights and interests; Diversified and inclusive cultural exchanges promote cultural prosperity between both sides and break the Western cultural hegemony. China Africa cooperation has profoundly interpreted the global value and exemplary significance of Chinese path to modernization. Strategic focus is a solid guarantee for the steady progress of Chinese path to modernization. China adheres to the basic socialist economic system, and the public ownership economy provides a solid foundation for achieving social fairness, justice, and stable economic development, while the non-public ownership economy fully stimulates market vitality and innovation. With its unique concept, practice and great achievements, Chinese path to modernization has provided a new development mode and path choice for the world. In the wave of global development, Chinese path to modernization is leading the countries in the "global south" to jointly explore a more equitable, sustainable and inclusive development path, injecting continuous power into the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind and the realization of world peace and prosperity.
