Case library website http://dyjfalk.court.gov.cn According to the introduction, this case library mainly collects typical cases of various units successfully resolving conflicts and disputes through non litigation dispute resolution methods such as mediation and arbitration. Since its trial operation, more than 200 typical cases have been included in the database, covering common types of disputes such as marriage and family, road traffic, property disputes, labor disputes, medical disputes, housing sales, land management, financial consumption, intellectual property, price disputes, etc. This reflects the innovative mechanisms and methods of various fields and industries that insist on putting non litigation dispute resolution mechanisms at the forefront and resolving disputes through mediation.
