The report points out that this year marks the end of the 14th Five Year Plan and an important year for further comprehensive deepening of reforms. In the past year, members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), participating units of the CPPCC, and specialized committees have focused on the specific deployment of the Provincial Party Committee's "1310" initiative, focusing on key work related to the overall economic and social development of Guangdong Province and hot and difficult issues of common concern to the people. Chen Wenming read out the Decision on Commending Outstanding Proposals and Outstanding Members in 2024, and commended 46 outstanding proposals and 22 outstanding members in their performance.
