According to the monitoring and forecast of the meteorological department, the peripheral cloud system affected by the tropical disturbance in the South China Sea will continue to affect the central and southern parts of our province. From June 24th to 26th, there will be a significant rainfall process. From June 23rd to 25th, the wind force on the sea surface in the central and northern parts of the South China Sea, our province, and the Beibu Gulf will gradually increase to 6-7 levels, with gusts of 8 levels. On June 23rd, the Provincial Three Prevention Office issued a notice requiring all regions and departments to solidly carry out recent sea wind and land flood prevention work, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property. The notice clearly stated that from June 24 to 26, all recreational yachts, such as fishing and diving, and township ships in the waters west of the the Pearl River Estuary were not allowed to go to sea. The notice requires strict implementation of offshore wind prevention measures. Departments such as agriculture and rural areas, comprehensive maritime law enforcement, maritime affairs, and various coastal cities in Haiti should closely monitor the current development of tropical disturbances in the South China Sea, organize commercial and fishing boats in advance to avoid potential affected waters, strengthen the safety management of key ships such as unpowered ships, hazardous chemical ships, sand digging ships, sand transport ships, and passenger roll on/roll off ships, and strictly implement wind prevention and control measures such as coastal tourist attractions, beach resorts, and island routes. In order to ensure safety, before 20:00 on June 23, fishing vessels with wind resistance capability lower than Level 9 in the waters west of the the Pearl River Estuary should withdraw to the bottom trawl forbidden fishing area of the South China Sea area and implement safety precautions; Construction auxiliary vessels and traffic boats with wind resistance below level 9 must return to the port for shelter. From June 24 to 26, all recreational yachts, such as fishing and diving, and township ships in the waters west of the the Pearl River Estuary are not allowed to go to sea; According to the situation, various regions will timely close seaside baths and take measures to shut down cross sea routes such as the Qiongzhou Strait and island tours. In addition, various regions and departments should closely monitor the risks of floods, mountain floods, geological disasters, and urban and rural waterlogging in small and medium-sized rivers, strengthen the scheduling of water conservancy projects, strengthen the investigation and safety control of various risks and hidden dangers, strengthen the dredging of urban drainage pipelines and emergency response preparations, strengthen safety production measures in adverse weather, strictly implement the "three connections" of responsibility docking and the "four ones" mechanism of special group disaster transfer, and decisively and early transfer of personnel in hazardous areas.
