On June 20th, the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (referred to as the "Cooperation Zone") announced several measures to promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (referred to as the "Measures"), proposing the comprehensive cancellation of purchase restrictions on commercial housing and other measures to promote the sustained, stable and healthy development of the real estate market in the Cooperation Zone. The Measures propose to optimize the management of commodity housing price filing in the cooperation zone, and adjust the interval of commodity housing price filing from three months to one month. Completely lift purchase restrictions on commercial housing. Purchasing commercial housing (including newly-built and second-hand housing) within the cooperation zone will no longer be subject to qualification review. Cancel the sales restriction period for commercial housing. Cancel the restrictions on the transfer of commercial housing (including newly-built and second-hand housing) in the cooperation zone (excluding those with restricted property rights transfer), and support the rigid and improved housing demand of residents. Regarding the issue of housing provident fund loan limit, refer to the "Several Measures to Promote the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market in Zhuhai City" (Zhu Jian [2024] No. 122), which means increasing the housing provident fund loan limit, adjusting the maximum limit of single payment of employee loans to 600000 yuan, and the maximum limit of double payment of employee loans to 1 million yuan.
