According to the Economic Development Bureau of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the closure and operation of the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Cooperation Zone"), the comprehensive pressure testing work for the entire process of the "second line" channel of the Cooperation Zone was officially launched from 8:00 am on February 21. It is reported that the testing of the "second line" channels in the cooperation zone is divided into three stages. In the first stage, verify the rationality of traffic organization flow and lane classification management, as well as the effectiveness of information system functions. In the second stage, based on the customs supervision mode, verify the precise deployment and inspection mode, and carry out tests on the credit access and traffic organization control and guidance measures of registered vehicles. At present, we have entered the third stage in an orderly manner, aiming to conduct a comprehensive testing of the facilities and equipment, system operation, vehicle traffic flow, and customs business of each channel throughout the entire process and all elements. We will also identify and address any issues that occurred during the previous testing to improve the efficiency of channel operation. According to the current testing arrangement, the customs has included spot checks and control instructions in the full process testing of the channel, continuously verifying the functionality of the channel information system, the use of regulatory equipment, and departmental collaboration, and racing against time to advance various preparations. This test will continue from now until February 29th. During the test period, when the vehicle passes through the checkpoint, it will pass according to the on-site screen prompts. Vehicles that need to be inspected will be guided by the on-site staff to go to the customs inspection site in an orderly manner for testing. Personnel and vehicles leaving the island must follow the recently issued notices on the functions of the "Second Line" passage in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone and the methods of personnel and vehicles leaving the island in the "Second Line" passage in the Hengqin Guangdong Macao Deep Cooperation Zone. To speed up traffic efficiency, personnel and vehicles driving out of the island can refer to the relevant operation guidelines for declaration of traffic lists, voluntarily declare in advance, and after completing the declaration, they can exit the island through the "second line" channel including vehicles with traffic registration. In addition, to ensure the smooth passage of tourists and their vehicles, as well as effective supervision, the cooperation zone will soon issue relevant filing guidelines for tourists and their vehicles driving out of the island through the "second line" channel.
