From 00:00 am on July 1, after approval and appointment by relevant departments, they can drive through the Zhuhai Highway Port of the Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge into Guangdong. The application for 'Hong Kong Vehicle North Up' is jointly approved by Guangdong and Hong Kong. The first round of applicants will register for computer lottery through the designated website of 'Hong Kong Vehicle North Up' from May 29th to 30th, and the lottery results will be announced on May 31st. Winners will submit their applications from June 1st to 10th according to the designated time. There were a total of 1600 numbers allocated for the first round of drawing. Hong Kong motor vehicles may enter and leave the mainland multiple times during the validity period of the temporary entry motor vehicle license, but their stay period shall not exceed the validity period of the temporary entry motor vehicle license.
