The French national gendarmerie air force command center and Airbus helicopter are also working closely to develop a customized mission management system. The report points out that the French national gendarmerie already has a huge Airbus helicopter fleet. In addition to stronger capabilities and advanced mission systems, h160 will also bring new force transportation capabilities to the security forces of the French Ministry of the interior, mainly tactical forces such as the national gendarmerie special service (GIGN).
