The total number of "Bay Area Standards" in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has reached 235

On the 21st, it was learned from the press conference held by the State Administration for Market Regulation in Guangzhou to promote the "Bay Area Standards" to assist the "Soft Connectivity" of the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area that as of now, the total number of "Bay Area Standards" released in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area has reached 235, covering transportation, medical care, food, elderly care, childcare, meteorology, catering, culture and other fields. As a carrier of shared, shared, and shared advanced experience among Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao, the "Bay Area Standards" have become a consensus among more and more people in the Bay Area. The number of development entities for the "Bay Area Standards" continues to increase, with a total of 3563 units participating in the 235 projects that have been released so far. The willingness of the three regions to implement the "Bay Area Standards" continues to increase, with 6827 units (times) declaring the use of the "Bay Area Standards". In 2020, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the People's Government of Guangdong Province signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Jointly Building the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Standardization Research Center", proposing to create a "Bay Area Standard" that is universally applicable in the three regions. Since the launch of the "Bay Area Standards" five years ago, the role of "soft connectivity" has been fully utilized to effectively promote interconnectivity among the three regions in areas such as infrastructure, people's livelihoods, and humanities. The full name of the "Bay Area Standard" is the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area Common Implementation Standard, which refers to the technical standards jointly implemented in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area after consultation and confirmation by stakeholders in the Greater Bay Area.
